Year round programming with after school workshops and a full day adventure on Sunday’s.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to creating a weekly curriculum focusing on identity, self worth, group cohesion, trust and communication.
Facilitate hour long check in groups daily to create a safe space for teens to practice vulnerable communication as well as process and connect with peers and myself about the highs and lows in their life and gain support from their group.
Work closely with parents and therapist to aid in positive self love, acceptance, growth and confidence.
