• Monitor, inspect and repair plant Ammonia refrigeration system including compressors, condensors, pumps, valves, and piping ensuring that the system is running in a safe and efficient manner
• Keep daily logs to ensure that any changes in the system are reported and corrected for to promote optimal system function.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and annual preventative maintenance to system components.
• Monitor, inspect, repair, and perform daily maintenance to plant steam systems including boilers, steam traps, feed water systems, condensate returns, and piping.
• Perform work requests relating to plant systems as well as to water filtration system, plumbing systems, and nitrogen system in the plant.
• Maintain the Distribution center pallet wrappers, racking, doors, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.

I was asked by the Owner of Lee's Marketplace to assist him in opening a new venture. He wanted to add a hardware store to his grocery store chain. He and I spent most of a year traveling to numerous states meeting with officials from the Ace Hardware chain to bring to fruition his new store. I ran his store for the next 4 years helping him grow his store count with Ace. He now has 3 Ace locations. I did the store planning, hiring, customer service, and was the main customer-facing employee for those 4 years.

• Coached sales associates in product specifications, sales incentives, and selling techniques, significantly increasing customer satisfaction ratings.
• Completed point of sale opening and closing procedures.
