I worked as an Account Manager for TPAs and employer groups who were self-funded with our PBM for prescription insurance. I was also Director of Client Solutions. I also was a part of the clinical side of submitting prior authorizations for medications. I did everything from emails, spreadsheets, reporting, implementation, overrides. I also handled calls from members, clients, TPAs, Brokers, pharmacies, and medical offices. I learned a wide range of skills during my time.
