During my time with coastal I was the go between from the subcontractors to the plant supervisors, planners and field operations for the Huntsman port neches facility and the Texas petro chem facility. I oversaw the preparation and execution of onsite work such as Asbestos abatement, lead testing and abatement, insulation and heat tracing removal and installation. Shoring and below grade reinforcement, scaffolding design and installation,removal industrial painting and facility management painting of parking lots, entrance and exit signage, port access docks and saltwater exposed equipment , path and vehicle routes. Sand and water blasting of pipe, plate , flange,valves to be inspected by plant representatives the painted if passed.

Locate designated point of interest in need of elevated platform work. Configure,gather and install scaffolding. Inspect and adapt to safety measures that were plant specific. Revise as work progressed then do the demolition of it. Complete all housekeeping and inventory and ship materials to either the point of rental, next project or overflow yard.
