- Help to establish the PCD class at my current school, as it did not exist before the 2023-24 school year
- Guide and support Teacher Assistants with in-class and inclusion activities and procedures
- Work with General Education Teachers to address inclusion strategies, as well as to provide Consultative services for 4K students for Behavior / Social Skills
- Provide data-based information and professional opinions and thoughts regarding plans for student placement

- Maintain professional and supportive communication with students' families

- Create and implement IEPs to best serve students in their Least Restrictive Setting

- Create Accommodations and Modifications to lessons and activities to ensure all students have access to learning materials suited for them

• Meet with parents, administrators, teachers, therapists, and other personnel to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to serve student needs
• Implement IEPs to provide students with goals, accommodations / modifications, and Special Education services in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE)
• Develop strategies and interventions to address behavioral and / or social needs
• Serve students' academic, social, and behavioral needs in both Small Groups (Resource), as well as the General Education (Inclusion) setting
• Teach skills to prepare students for the General Education classroom, using techniques such as reward systems, behavior modification, preventative measures, and healthy coping skills
• Provide support and supplemental lessons to go along with General Education instruction, while regularly assessing student progress on IEP goals, as well as curriculum-based measures

• Confer with parents / guardians, teachers, therapists, or administrators to address students' academic, social, or behavioral deficits.
• Create and implement individual educational plans (IEPs) to promote students' academic and functional well-being.
• Prepare objectives, outlines, or other materials for classroom lessons following curriculum guidelines, adapting to meet students' needs as well.

• Assist students with special needs in General Education classes.
• Help the classroom teacher with implementing IEPs and providing daily instruction based on the teachers' preparation.
• Keep documentation of student work, behavior, and other important information for the classroom teacher.

• Develop or implement strategies to meet the needs of clients (children) with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Keep and manage documentation of progress with the goals and plans in place for multiple clients.
• Provide on-the-job training and assistance to Line Therapists working with clients on the caseload.
• Communicate with parents / guardians regarding scheduling, family training, and other concerns.

• Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to goals.
• Report questions, concerns, or any need for assistance to supervisors.
• Work with clients one-on-one to teach practices and skills addressing social or behavioral concerns.
