My dedication to Knox athletics in multiple capacities sets me apart. Instilling this dedication into being the head coach and into my players will help take Knox softball to the next level in our conference. Knox softball will be known for their competitive drive, resilience, versatility, and being known on campus and in the community for service. I plan to instill a competitive nature among the athletes through rigorous practice plans, game planning, and recruiting. My goal will be to prepare these student-athletes on and off the field to be great leaders after they graduate. To be a motivational teacher with a caring approach and strong focus on discipline, sportsmanship, and lifelong skills.
