I currently repair and build aggregate equipment. That included belt conveyors, screening plants, impact crushers, cone crushers, loader buckets, etc. Many tasks included replacing bearings, pulleys, belts, gear boxes, and wear plates. I would also use FCAW to repair the equipment and to build new equipment. I gained experience with FCAW, SMAW, oxygen-acetylenelene torch, band saw, drill press, shear, punch, and air arc gouging.

Operated welding equipment to assemble metal components according to specifications.

Learned safety protocols and procedures for handling materials in fabrication environment.

Assisted in preparing workpieces by cleaning, grinding, and fitting materials prior to welding.

With G an D Petroleum I had the opportunity to travel the U.S. and work with fuel and lubricant systems. Many tasks included cleaning tanks, welding on new tank bottoms, building loading racks, laying pipe down, installing valves, installing pumps, and pipe holders. I received some pipe welding experience. Performed fit-ups and burned in root passes for pipe installations.

Assisted in assembling and installing piping systems for various projects.

Executed routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Supported senior pipefitters in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues on-site.
