  • Performed Maintenance on the Fluid End and Power End. Changed valves, seats, springs, packing, seals, wedding bands, plungers when needed. Made sure the power end Lube Reservoir stayed correctly filled.
  • Performed Scheduled Preventative Maintenance on engines , Drain engine oil, Trans oil, changed Fuel and Oil filters, change Water/Fuel Separator filters, Air Filters and put new oils in according to the engine type and specs.

  • During Operational hours I would walks the Pumps checking for leaks, listening for abnormal noises and feeling the fluid end and power end for knocks and unwanted vibrations. Also checking fluid levels once an hour.
  • Depending on the process or service being provided i would work the Valves, bleeds, and Actuators. Also working the Valves off Frac Tanks when necessary and would also run Valves during acid work.
  • Rigged Up 2" & 3" Iron and fittings, Whatever service we were providing would determine what the Company Safety Standard is for that process and what the Pump Rate and Working Pressure will be during operations.
  • Rig Down Iron after completion of job and clean, organize and load to move to next job or location.
  • Learn the operations being used, good communication, hand signals, maintenance, and the safe operations of running the pump and knowing its limitations and how to get out of bad situations during pumping if they arise or occur.
