- Supervised camp operations crew during the summer
-Worked closely with year-round team/board on new ideas/projects for camp.
- Worked in Camp-ops crew initially and learned the basics of how the "behind the scenes" of camp operates
- Unit Leader for 4 summers
- Led trips every summer and became familiar with equipment (kayaks, sailboats, canoes, hiking gear)
- Worked one summer as head counselor, gained experience in managing/working closely with the leadership team.
