Head of storm-water management on two large sites, coordinate MEP subs from rough framing through final inspections getting TCO on time on several projects. Comfortable managing multiple crews at once (up to 50 or more people) while handling countless phone calls.
In charge of material tracking and deliveries as well as fire protection systems for 3 large buildings. Established myself in construction and really started to gain real-life on-site experience.
-Serving as the only on-site representative in a managerial/leadership role.
-Since rough framing has been completed I have been in charge of every aspect of the job with little to no assistance. Everything from performing safety orientations to running foreman’s meetings is done by me.
- Currently in charge of 4 buildings, 96 units total. Everything from fire suppression systems to final paint is run by me.
- Currently have good relationships with the City of Cheyenne and am known for being honest, hard-working, and safety-oriented.
