Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure Company standards for quality food, service, and sanitation are met. Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff. Order inventory for all areas and operations to ensure the restaurant is stocked with appropriate levels of product. Maintain all records as required by Company policies and procedures, and in compliance with state and federal law.

Recruit, interview, select and hire quality staff for all positions. Conduct orientation and train Shift Leaders and other hourly staff to ensure employees perform their respective jobs. Perform performance reviews of Shift Leaders and other hourly staff on a regular basis. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and counseling to Shift Leaders and hourly staff regarding areas such as production, efficiency, and professionalism.
Perform counseling, disciplinary action or termination of employment of Shift Leaders and other hourly staff.
Recommend any promotion, advancement, or other status change of Shift Leaders and other hourly staff to Area Director. Adjust work schedules and hours of work of Shift Leaders and hourly staff, as needed, to ensure all shifts are covered. Display exemplary and professional attitude and appearance at all times.
Listen and communicate effectively with the assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and hourly staff, guests, vendors, and the community. Follow the Area Directors direction and accomplish the objectives set by the Area Director.

Maintain restaurant cleanliness and image; identify and communicate maintenance problems to the Facilities Department; maintain all facilities to Raising Cane's company standards; ensure communication is passed across organization from the Operations Advisor to every Crewmember in the restaurant. Use company provided tools to coach, mentor and develop an high performing restaurant team; leverage the support of the Restaurant Support Offices; ensure all risk management issues are in compliance with company standards
Represent Raising Cane's in conjunction with the vision statement in the local community, develop and execute local restaurant marketing programs the restaurant using company guided strategies; identify and know local trade area; plan and execute on an active community involvement strategy that enhances the quality of the customer experience and overall image of the Brand in the community.
