- Ensure hospitality for all store customers by overseeing timely customer transactions, proactively implementing the Hospitality standards to support the customer's decision-making process
- Providing proper hosting and responding to 50 or more customer complaints and concerns in the self-serve and POS areas in a timely manner to ensure service recovery strategies are implemented
- Completion of end of day tasks including closing of all drawers and approximately $1000 in lottery sales every shift
- Respond and react to TCF survey results within the self-serve section and customer interactions to continue improving the customer experience leading us to be #1 store in our district
- Assist the Store Manager in the creation of a positive store culture by providing input into the Recruiting, Selection, Training and Performance Management and Discipline/Termination of employees, especially in self-serve area
- Preform inventory and expense orders each week
- Oversee all advertising and store layouts are completed and watch patterns to move product placement to help with store profits
