Custom Section 1

Dear Hiring Manager,

Some people wait for adventure to find them. Others are always looking for the next opportunity to grow, explore, and experience something new. I consider myself the latter, and that's exactly what draws me to the opportunity to work in Alaska.

I bring 15 years of experience in healthcare, working in demanding environments including the ICU, ER, OR, and Labor & Delivery. Those experiences have taught me how to connect with people, adapt quickly, pay attention to the smallest details, and remain calm when things get chaotic. Taking care of others has been a significant part of my life and career, and I genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for.

My experience also extends beyond healthcare. I've worked as a bartender, waitress, and retail stocker, giving me a diverse background in customer service, hospitality, and hands-on work. I enjoy meeting new people, striking up conversations, and creating positive experiences. I'm outgoing, approachable, dependable, and someone who brings a positive attitude wherever I go.

Adventure and the outdoors are a genuine part of who I am. I've hiked all 52 Arkansas state parks, enjoy solo camping, and am always looking for the next opportunity to explore. I'm independent, self-motivated, and often the person who sees what needs to be done and takes the initiative to get it done.

I'm also FEMA certified and have participated in natural disaster response efforts, assisting with cleanup and triage. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work under pressure, think on my feet, and contribute wherever I'm needed.

What I would bring to your team is more than a willingness to work. I bring a strong work ethic, a genuine love for people, adaptability, a sense of humor, and an eagerness to learn. I work well independently, value teamwork, and appreciate the kind of close-knit community that develops when people work together toward a common goal.

I'm excited about the possibility of experiencing Alaska, meeting new people, learning about the local culture and wilderness, and contributing to an unforgettable experience for your guests and team.

I'm not afraid of hard work, new challenges, or stepping outside my comfort zone. In fact, that's where I tend to thrive.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my experience, enthusiasm, and adventurous spirit to your team.

Warm regards,
