· Designed and provided targeted differentiated Instruction using a variety of research-based programs and teaching methods aligned with state standards and core competencies.
· Develop Individual Education Programs for students based on assessments and ongoing performance data to address student's individual learning abilities and needs.
· Coordinate regular meetings and provide ongoing feedback and progress monitoring information to parents and general education teachers regarding student academic progress and work together to create effective support plans.
