We were born from the doldrums of 2020, with a dream to create pieces that would bring some warmth into peoples homes. • Company Overview: MAA is a nation wide real estate development and management company recognized on both the New York Stock Exhange and S&P 500.
• As an apartment maintenance technician, my responsibility is the proper functioning of each individual apartment in the complex. My day to day tasks span work orders in the field of HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Carpentry jobs often include the rebuild or entirely new construction of cabinets, vanities, and shelving.

• Company Overview: S&S Technical serves as a one stop shop for all of your skid solutions, including engineering, fabrication and automation. Skids transport and measure any and all fluid or gas mediums for a variety of different industries.
• My job description is to collect a design from our engineering staff and essentially bring that design into fruition from raw materials to it's final preparation for shipping. Skills acquired include analyzing and interpreting CAD design, P&ID sheets, working with hand tools, power tools and heavy machinery (overhead crane, forklift, scissor lift), machining hardware, light TIG welding, light electric, light carpentry, and many other on the job skills required for each individual job. The demand is to stay focused, organized, malleable, work well with others, communicate plans and vocalize any modifications beneficial to the assembly process, and always be aware of your surroundings for both safety reasons and to execute your duties efficiently.

• Company Overview: Smith Custom Designs is a custom furniture LLC based out of Atlanta Georgia. They provide design and fabrication for an entire range of handmade furniture.
• During my time in Atlanta, I helped my brother with orders received for his company, Smith Custom Designs. As shop assistant, I help bring designs into fruition, including some projects of my own. I work with hand and power tools including miter saw, circular saw, reciprocating saw, band saw, router, jointer, plane, circular sander, belt sander, drill press, grinder.. I have free range to design my own pieces of furniture and am always eager to push my limits and learn more.

• As mobile bartending service, we are constantly arriving to new sites to assess the restrictions/constraints of the physical space and requests of the client. Duties include: Taking drink orders, monitoring inventory, keeping work area clean and organized, assessing patrons behavior and serving drinks accordingly/taking proper action, handling disputes, and seeing to overall satisfaction of the customer. Bartenders are also hired out to the Champions Club at Doak Campbell Stadium where we work in high volume fast paced situations.

• Company Overview: This Award Winning travel company is headquartered in Toronto with U.S. offices in San Francisco and New York.
• During this job, I led trips of 2-3 weeks in length, across the United States and into parts of Canada. Groups consisted of an average 23 passengers from all around the world, seeking to explore our great land and encounter individuals from all walks of life. I drove a 25 passenger bus with trailer through major cities and National Parks while providing the clients with insight on the history and current state of affairs in these places. Upon arrival, we helped set camp, cook food, debrief the group on the itinerary for the next day. Skills required for this job included public speaking, budgeting, critical thinking, adapting to new environments/situations, working on minimal sleep, navigation, teamwork under stressful situations, working with individuals specific wants and needs while keeping the well being of the group in mind, and more. I traveled across the entire U.S. and met people from all over the world.

• Attending to major and minor repairs in tenants rooms. Filing and completing work orders. Some duties included: Demolition of sections of foreclosed homes bought by company, construction of fences/driveways, drywall repair, bathroom repair, minor plumbing, and minor electrical.

• Monitoring children(ages 6-12) in both school and off campus settings. Ensuring the overall well being and safety of all children. Planning fun activities for various age groups and encouraging participation from all. Taking children on field trips to surrounding areas and keeping tabs on them in crowded situations. Constructing itineraries to keep the children's interest stimulated and being attentive of changes in behavior. Handling situations ranging from injury/sickness to personal quarrels and internal conflicts.

• Making efforts to gain new clientele through multiple means. Visiting customers houses to display products. Recording sales/filling order forms. Checking in with clients to assess satisfaction with product, take new orders and address any concerns.

• Making smoothies to customer satisfaction (also catering to specific dietary and personal requests). Relaying any pertinent information to management, including ideas for increased efficiency. Maintaining cleanliness of work area.

• Working in all types of weather for extended periods of time without break (100+ days during "bug season" and working in the back prepping cars for wash during winter). Washing/detailing vehicles. Greeting customers. Seeing customers off of the lot. Maintenance of company grounds.
