A century old summer institution dedicated to building life skills and empowering values in a highly supportive environment. Key responsibilities focused as a primary guide and mentor in growth activities to a comprehensive group of 11-13 years olds. Rose to a key position as a liaison during parent clientele visits.

As a Red Cross Certified Lifeguard with CPR/FirstAid/AED skilled training in emergency response I was hired to monitor, maintain, and supervise patron pool safety through American Red Cross and facility protocol. Ensured the safety of the student population and general public. Managed customer care and engaged in frequent training to refresh lifesaving abilities. Monitored safety of guests in and around swimming environment.

Ensured the general safety of one of New York Cities busiest swimming facilities. Maintained the pool’s protocol’s and upkeep and attended to YMCA guidelines to ensure customer’s safety and care.

Was selected from large pool of applicants to travel as special liaison to South Dakota on a select camp program to engage and learn with the indigenous children of the seven council fires. Organized activities, managed logistics, supervised 8-13 year olds and worked on The Indigenous Peoples camps Marrowbone and Dupree.

Community Service.

Chosen to be part of select committee involved in environmental cleanup work including identifying and removing invasive species from local forests of Western Massachusetts.
