Managing the inside of the Drive-Thru to coordinate. Oversee the speed of which orders are bagged, the drinks are made, and how quickly orders are delivered to guests. Assist each station when needed and provide necessary materials for efficient job performance. Same practice is used to manage the Front/Dining Room area of the restaurant. Training new hires in various positions by teaching them the basics of where things are, how to perform tasks, how to take orders, how to make drinks, how to deliver orders efficiently, and most of all, how to provide stellar customer service. Trained to communicate with BOH team and FOH team on quantity and speed of products needed. Trained to perform all BOH roles and responsibilities and flex back and forth whenever needed.
