• Analyze business requirements, design documentation, and technical specifications
• Create comprehensive QA documentation, including test cases, scenarios, and reports to ensure traceability, reproducibility, and accountability throughout software development life cycle
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, E2E testing to ensure quality of released projects met client and user expectations
• Conduct compatibility testing across browsers, operating systems, networks, and mobile devices
• Perform API testing using Postman
• Create and execute SQL queries for database validation using DBeaver
• Participate in Bug triage in order to evaluate, prioritize and assign resolution of defects

• Collaborate effectively with developer, project, and QA teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues and to ensure smooth and timely releases
• Participate in Daily Scrum Stand-ups, Sprint planning sessions, and Release planning, and Retrospectives, identifying and addressing QA challenges and proposing creative solutions that improved productivity and outcomes
