  • Work with the General Manager and Department managers on the needs of productivity costs versus cost of personnel and hiring based on available funding and needs of the organization.
  • Solely and jointly used social media such as Facebook to advertise positions, specials and events that were held at AAFES
  • Report to managers regarding staffing patterns after processing resignations.
  • Worked with HR Payroll technician to reconcile any pay issues, which includes raising and submitting paperwork to HR Payroll Technician to ensure Associate are paid out of cycle for any missing hours
