Developed and implemented the company's Field Training program for all existing and new security policies and procedures to establish clear guidelines for operations and maintain quality standards. Submit documentation for bi-weekly payroll, and manage all staff, personal, vacation, and all types of leave of absence. Hired more than 20 security officers by attending hiring fairs, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews with qualified candidates.
