My current role is to perform covert and semi-covert operational responsibilities and to report suspicious activities, behavior assessment, and support on-property search and special event operations. We work independently with limited direct supervision and make sound judgment(s). Every shift we are responsible for actively monitor Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) while performing behavioral assessment and assist with incidents as they occur. We work closely with our Leadership and Investigations team. We are to capture important information quickly and in a limited amount of time, assess and evaluate situations, and report important issues quickly, while we manage stressful situations and maintain confidentiality. All incidents are documented incidents in computer-based reports.

Managed access control for authorized personnel, ensuring a safe environment for all Cast Members and guests. Reduced incidents of theft and vandalism through diligent surveillance and prompt response to potential threats. Ensured timely responses to emergency situations by coordinating with first responders and initiating appropriate safety measures. Provided exceptional customer service to guests while maintaining strict adherence to security protocols. Remained calm, assertive, and mindful to think critically and problem solve during stressful situations. Responded quickly to emergency situations to assess and deflect issues.

Chosen by the Executive Team to take the Leadership Development Program, Class of 2023. Developed and implemented the company's Field Training program for all existing and new security policies and procedures to establish clear guidelines for operations and maintain quality standards. Trained approximately 60 security officers in the resort's policies and procedures by utilizing this FTO program and conducting weekly remedial training. Collaborated with management to develop security policies and procedures. Implemented new CPR guidelines for medical bags, and implemented report writing standards, as well as how to obtain quick and efficient information while on the scene of an incident.
Analyze and investigate incidents alongside functional management, and Security Supervisors. Submit documentation for bi-weekly payroll, and manage all staff, personal, vacation, and all types of leave of absence. Hired more than 20 security officers by attending hiring fairs, reviewing applications, and conducting interviews with qualified candidates.

Responsibilities included greeting guests professionally to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere, while making safety a top priority. Conducted regular patrols of key areas to spot and control security concerns. Checked the identification of persons entering and exiting the facility to eliminate unauthorized visitors. Used techniques of behavioral analysis to monitor all grounds via CCTV, foot patrol, and motor patrol. Utilized these patrols to obtain important information quickly and in a limited amount of time, assess and evaluate situations, and report important issues quickly. Manage stressful situations, and maintain confidentiality. Compose over 300 detailed professional reports in English, and maintain accurate files of property damage, theft, the presence of unauthorized persons, unusual incidents, and medical situations. Responded to all emergency calls for suspicious incidents, alarms, and medical emergencies.
