  • Successfully led the successful rollout and execution of the $22 billion Medicaid Managed Care Procurement and the Next Generation of Ohio Medicaid Managed Care, supporting Governor DeWine's initiatives
  • My role extends beyond traditional program management, requiring a combination of executive leadership and adept project execution
  • As Program Manager and trusted advisor to the Ohio Department of Medicaid, I was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of listening sessions across the state
  • These sessions were held in 15 cities, with 149 individuals and 42 partner organizations participating in 19 sessions
  • In partnership with ODM leadership, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and the project team, I oversaw the process for developing the Request for Information (RFI) and the Request for Application (RFA), as well as the roadmap for the phased approach for the Next Generation of Ohio Medicaid

  • As Program Lead helped launch Commercial Lines Transformation, growing it from 35 resources to 580, standing up 22 Agile lines, and developing the program structure across 4 locations, both on and offshore within 16 months
