Oversee maintenance of statistical and informational databases related to prospective and current students, compile materials, analyze data and prepare related reports. Coordinate the daily operations of NYU’s Center for Bioethics. Track student progress through the Master of Arts Program in Bioethics at NYU. Assist with recruitment for the MA program through media campaigns, web presence, including Google AdWords and website maintenance, and interaction with prospective students through various platforms. Facilitated the move of the Center from the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences to the College of Global Public Health. Developed new procedures and workflows given the new structure and participated in a rebranding initiative.

Provide support to Assistant Director to ensure that development, fundraising, and program activities take place smoothly and report on enrollment and financial outcomes using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. Create and maintain web presence utilizing NYU’s iOn CMS and writing HTML code.

Assisted curriculum chairs with scheduling and student reports using Oracle PeopleSoft. Distributed pertinent information and resources to full-time and adjunct faculty utilizing Google Apps, Qualtrics, and other relevant technologies.
