Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
I Helped implement the data migration strategy for creative, engineering, production, and strategy talent. Worked closely with the team to identify key data inputs required to build the database and completed the re-organization and migration of 1500 individual records from 25 spreadsheets to a single trackable database, Asana.
I collaborated closely with executive leadership, primarily handling administrative responsibilities such as expense reports, time-off requests, resourcing, onboarding documentation, and team travel arrangements. Additionally, I provided essential support for client and team hospitality needs. Notably, I played a large supporting role for Instruments project for PATH, the world's largest non-profit health organization, by assisting in the management of over 25,000 redirects and data points for path.org
I went out into the field to survey for the Portland Bureau of Transportation and take inventory around the city of Portland, so they could further increase the quality of their sidewalks, street crossing signals, and driveways, as part of a three-person team, a Civil engineer, a flagger, and me. We would walk around the city and take precise measurements of sidewalks; we would then send the data of each sidewalk to the Portland Bureau of Transportation. There were also moments of autonomy where I would enter measurements, do calculations, and enter data into the company computer back at the office.
