- I teach kids to groom their horses and to know the tools they use. I teach kids to tack up their horses and know what each piece of tack they use.
- I provide knowledge in a sport that involves skill, teaching kids to use their seat, and to use their legs, sit up and look where they want to go and to work with the horse they are provided.
- I help with jobs that need to be done when other coworkers are busy with lessons, such as cleaning stalls, filling waters, organizing, and riding clients horses.
- We provide everything the horses need and more, we feed, we dump and scrub buckets/troughs, make sure waters are filled, we clean stalls everyday and bed them up.
