  • I originally started at the sister restaurant, Nash Keys, as a bartender and manager.
  • After a few months, I started working on the opening of Prelude, which included organizing construction, ordering kitchen and bar equipment, and later ordering the bar supplies, liquor, and beer. Once everything was ready, I then hired the front and back of house staff.
  • Once open, I ran the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, weekly liquor and beer orders, social media marketing, and resolved and investigated complaints regarding service and food quality.
  • In addition, I hired new employees and explained the goals and expectations required of trainees.
  • Created new menu items based on customer feedback and industry trends, such as signature cocktails and pricing.
