All patients vitals , Blood Pressure, Temp,Intake,Output,

All patients blood draws / Stat Vitals ,EKG, Bladder scans

D/C foly ,Straight Cath,

Get patient up for first time after C-section for first void.

Chart all vitals in computer . If out of range as of high or low report information to Rn.

All baby's feeding times,Wet and dirty diaper note in baby's chart.

Baby s bath ,Make sure temp is where its needed before bath and monitor temp after.

Baby PKU .

Assist mother with breast feeding help when needed ,as far as help with baby latching and position.

• Worked flexible hours; night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare the OR with sterile procedure for the case /Pt status.
• Prepare the OR / Baby warmer for the case .Make sure
• everything is in Warmer needed .
• Stock Or and Vag delivery rooms.
