After completing a 350 hour apprenticeship in 2020, I gained all the skills needed for giving any guest the best experience possible. I was trained on call center duties and certified in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, & Powerpoint). I was taught how to communicate properly and read a person's verbal and non-verbal ques and even by the tone in their voice. Every place I've been employed, I've cultivated long-lasting relationships with guests, even to this day. I have great time-management skills and I do not finish until the job is done correctly. I'm a very positive person and I think I spread that enthusiasm among my peers. I work great alone but I'm always a team player.
