Emergency care and routine care for an inmate population of 500. Routine care included medication administration, diabetic monitoring and administration of insulin,and referrals to the facility physician. Emergency care involved responding to medical emergencies, treatment of the inmates injuries and/or referrals to the local emergency room.

Traveled to different facilities in and around Phoenix that were in need of nurses to staff their facility.

Complete care of Medical/Surgical patients as well as Oncology patients, including the administration of chemotherapy and blood products. Care of the Oncology patients included the Neutropenic or reverse isolation patients, education during hospital stay and after discharge.
