I am in charge of compiling and sending claims to our clearing house, working edits.  I code for three doctors, and also all of Industrial, make the invoices and post the revenue. 

Also, handle phone calls and patients who come into the clinic with billing questions. 

Run all statements at the end of month, do credit reports.

I ran Copper Medical Clinic when it was aquired by HMS, within a year I was also running the two school clinics, Silver and Cobre for our area. 

I made sure schedules and doctors always ran on time, took care of any complaints of patients and all managerial tasks.

I was the Office Manger for Dr. Fowler, and ran his office in all aspects, we also had three other providers in the office. I Had a Lab that was in the red, within 10 months I had it in the black, with correct coding.  I made sure all Hippa laws were up to date and followed, through all staff and by providers and our medical records department.  I did the balancing at the end of every month.  I also, did the coding.  

Dr. Fowler, then wanted to retire, and sold his business to HMS.
