PRESENT

• Perform general dentistry procedures including exams. fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, dentures, and cosmetic treatments.
• Diagnose oral diseases and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure the highest standard of patient care, safety, and infection control.
• Provide emergency care and handle complex dental cases or refer to specialists as needed.

Leadership & Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the practice, including scheduling, staffing, and clinical workflow.
• Hire, train, manage, and support dental team members (hygienists, assistants, office staff).
• Foster a positive, professional, and patient-centered work environment.
• Lead team meetings and performance reviews.

Business Operations:

• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and profitability of the practice.
• Monitor KPls including production, collections, new patient growth, and patient retention.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Work with vendors, labs, and service providers to maintain supplies and equipment.
• Market the practice and cultivate patient relationships and referrals.

• Provide comprehensive dental care to diverse patient populations, including exams, diagnoses, preventive care. restorative procedures, and extractions
• Perform a wide range of procedures including composite restorations, crowns and bridges, removable prosthetics, root canals, and simple to moderate surgical extractions.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and post-operative care to ensure long-term oral health and treatment acceptance.
• Collaborate with hygienists and assistants to deliver efficient, patient-centered care in a high-volume setting.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical records and treatment notes.
• Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and state board compliance standards to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
• Achieved superior case acceptance rate by building patient trust and clearly communicating treatment needs.
• Known for gentle chairside manner and ability to calm anxious patients of all ages.
