  • Currently leading the rebuild of the firm’s current website, which is 10 years old This will be the second major platform I’ve launch since working at the firm The current site took over 16 months to develop and the effort allowed the firm to better engage with our audience, while providing relevant and valuable information The current site is rather large with more than 9,000 indexed pages Following the launch of our current site, we also deployed several mini-sites for the firm’s industry teams, as well as, a handful of business affiliates and subsidiaries Our website evolution allowed us to incorporate additional site analytics and monitoring tools We are currently in the development of our second website, which we have targeted to go live in 2019 For this project, our team identifies six major goals after receiving feedback from numerous focus groups The new site has been developed with flexibility in mind while achieve the best user experience possible
  • Created the brand for several of the firm’s subsidiaries and affiliates with our internal team of designers The brands for these new firm industries and businesses were translated into print and digital Our team had to be sensitive to the current parent brand, as well as consider the activities that we’re underway with the firm’s brand assessment efforts We had to be mindful of the ascetics and the messaging that went into each, while taking into consideration what could happen to the smaller platforms if the parent brand changed tremendously
  • Lead a brand assessment and refresh concurrently with our website rebuild to better align with our overall strategy A rebranding process was not conducted after the firm’s merger in 2000 between Frost & Jacobs and Brown Todd and Heyburn As the firm has expanded over the years, we’ve experienced a higher level of brand dilution in several of our markets An assessment was presented to the firm’s leadership in 2012 and has continued to evolve ever since We have worked through several phases up until this point: External Market Surveys, Internal Employee Surveys, and an ID Summit The first phase of our website rebuild included a brand discovery and strategy phase, which has translated into refreshing several other platforms within the firm ie, Intranet, marketing collaterals, and various other branded materials
