- Appointment Scheduling and Follow-Up:
* Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm
* Manage appointment availability and optimize technician workload
* Provide reminders and updates to customers before and after appointments - Customer Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the service process
* Track customer interactions and preferences
* Provide personalized service and address customer concerns promptly
- Data Entry and Reporting:
* Enter and maintain customer data in the dealership management system
* Generate reports on service performance, lead generation, and customer satisfaction
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
