• Worked as Intake nurse for a few years. Evaluating patients for appropriateness for End of life care.
• Case managed patient's on hospice care with the assistants of our clinical team. Provided pain and symptom management.
• Liaison Nurse for Queen of the Valley and St. Helena hospital's.
• Admitting nurse for hospice for a few years. Start of cares for patients in home and facilities.
• Nurse educator for SNF's and Napa State hospital .
