· Monitor and track the Lab Services/Source Test Engineering’s general fund budget and eight federal grant budgets.
· Create budget transfers when needed. · Prepare, process and track our department’s travel expenses, expense claims, requisitions, absence requests, and invoices.
· Create, proofread and edit memos, letters and spreadsheets.
· Utilizing our Agenda Tracking System entered a Governing Board agenda title and synopsis.
· Compose emails directed to our team to relay District or team information.
· Relieve my manager from timekeeping approval (tracking overtime, emergency response schedule, and absent requests).
· Provided administrative support to the Senior Engineering Manager, two Supervising Air Quality Engineers, four Sr. Air Quality Engineers, and 21 Air Quality Engineers.
· Led two Senior Office Assistants.

· As needed, assisted our Sr. Administrative Secretary with the coordination of the District’s monthly Stationary Source Committee Meeting.
· Used the Agenda Tracking System, I’ve stepped in for our Sr. Administrative Secretary to approve Board items in the system.
· As needed, assisted our Sr. Administrative Secretary with the organization of the Permit Streamlining Sub-Committee Meeting.
