**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and interact with children in a positive and nurturing manner.
- Ensure the facility, including play areas and bathrooms, are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Assist with organizing and storing toys and materials to maintain order in activity areas.
- Handle bathroom cleaning duties with diligence, ensuring all areas are hygienic for children’s use.
- Respond promptly to any spills or messes to prevent accidents.
- Adhere to health and safety policies to ensure the wellbeing of all children and staff.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience working with children preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Patience and excellent observational skills.
- Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of an active childcare environment.
