Use equipment ( Personal lifts , ladders or order picker) to access items not on selling shelves...lift 50 lbs without assistance..Process pick ups either at curbside or at pick up desk..verify I.D. of person picking up order...communicate with management when an item cannot be found and if item is no longer in stock communicate with customer re: that issue
