Successfully implemented and managed operations for over 40+ new ScribeAmerica contracts in over 15+ specialties (including Emergency Medicine, Inpatient, Outpatient, Telemedicine) Responsibilities included:

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems
• Project outcomes through effective project planning, task definition, scope management, resource allocation and negotiation, risk mitigation, cost management, and stakeholder communication
• Prepare and present project plans and status reports to clients, organizational leadership, and project teams to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives

Provide strategic/innovative solutions to fit the individual needs of each of our trusted partners and increase client retention; focusing on the following quality documentation initiatives:

• Assisting clients transitioning from paper documentation to Electronic Health Records documentation and ICD-9 documentation to ICD-10 documentation
• Specific and complete documentation to accurately reflect the appropriate diagnostic-related groups (DRGs) and Medicaid/Medicare requirements
• Meeting documentation requirements for Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and assisting those clients that are transitioning to meeting these requirements

Implemented the 1st new specialty contracts for Veterinarian medicine, Transplant medicine, and Medical/Surgical Nursing Units

Implemented a multi-specialty outpatient contract, consisting of 100+ Physicians, improving metrics such as: Provider job satisfaction (improved by 40%), Providers' after hours clinical documentation time (decreased by 63%), Provider wRVU (increased by 3%)

Collaborated with other Subject Matter Experts implementing two new processes for the company:

• Used Lean Six Sigma Theory to improve the implementation process timeline, decreasing it from a timeline of implementing 2 full-time equivalent employee size program in 6 months to any employee size program in 90 days or less while maintaining high quality documentation
• Using data driven approach, created a master dashboard with NetSuite to track analytical data such as staffing, applicants, timesheets, training timelines, etc to ensure Scribe programs were high quality, efficient, and meeting the goals of our trusted partners

Increased revenue for the company by $10M+ through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives
