I have been a BOA for offices from Level 0-6 and have worked with several different FAs, to include a transitional FA. I have also worked as an on-call BOA. I became a Senior Branch Office Administrator at the beginning of 2024. Although I enjoy my position within a branch, my desire is remote position with Edward Jones.
This position was located within the same bank I had worked in for 11 years and was under the same holding company. When the position was relocated to Concord, NH, I decided not to commute and applied at Edward Jones.
During my employment here, I completed courses in Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Web Design, both basic and advanced, as well as many banking courses.
