  • In this position, I have served grades K-5th. The model has changed throughout the years, but at its core, I pull students out and implement lessons I have created, based on TEKS and National GT standards to fit the student’s needs. I have also been in charge of all GT identification at 8 campuses in the Northside of Fort Worth. For identification I hold parent/staff meetings, collect data on nominated students, and schedule/give the GT NNAT test.
