Pre flight: Attending briefings with pilots, ground agents, flight attendants and performing safety checks on emergency equipment.
Cabin preparation: Ensuring the cabin is clean and stocked with food, beverages and supplies.
Passenger service: Greeting passengers, helping them find their seats, and ensuring their carry-on luggage is stowed properly.
Safety: Demonstrating how to use safety equipment, such as seat belts, oxygen masks, and flotation devices and ensuring passengers follow safety requirements.
In flight: Serving meals and drinks, and reassuring passengers during turbulence.
Emergencies: Monitoring cabin incidents, initiating life-saving actions, and briefing passenger emergency procedures.
Promoting and providing valuable insight into new and digital services offering demonstrations and tutorials when needed.
Depth knowledge of our products and services and able to identify cross solving opportunities to our customer.
Operation apprentice who can process transactions with skill include but are not limited to the following: Cashing checks, accepting deposits, withdrawals, payments. - Opening of accounts - Consumer loan processing, underwriting and disbursements. - Cross selling the Bank products.
