Designed one-year and one-semester Health Science curricula aligned with current CA state standards and the California Healthy Youth Act Ed. Code. Delivered in-person and online classroom learning opportunities for 9-12 grade students. Provided leadership and support as Department Chair, PLC Course Lead, and Mentor Teacher. Collaborated with colleagues to establish best practices for instruction, learning materials, classroom management, assessment, and equitable grading practices. Coordinated the Health Education branch of the CAHPERD (California Health, PE, Recreation, and Dance) professional organization which included: co-writing proposed legislation, aligning professional partners, hosting state-wide and local meetings, planning annual conference, sourcing guest speakers, public-speaking at workshops, networking colleagues from across California, .

Collaborated with Monterey County Office of Education leaders as the Health Education specialist to develop a series of four presentations for the California Health Framework Project. Co-facilitated the four Health Framework online workshops.
