I started as an assistant manager at Wal-Mart. During the 20 years I was there, I was promoted to store manager, co-manager and finally the Club manager at Sam's. While at Wal-Mart I was a training manager and set up multiple stores from the ground up. I was awarded assistant manager of the quarter. At Sam's the last couple of years, The club associates as well as management received max bonus for sales increase, As a team we were able to grow sales to 15% comp. Our inventory results were 3rd in the region. I promoted up 2 team leads to assistant manager. I joined Familly dollar in January after relocating here from Wisconsin. While a I have been with the company I have achieved me goals. I was able to get Loudon double digits comp for the Month of November. Which is something that store had not achieved for some time. I was awarded the Accountability award for the region in 2023. My inventory goal was a -5.71 and it ended being a .71, with 409 outs. I have promoted a assistant manager to a store manager and 2 csr's to assistant manager. I was promoted to holding DM, during the company realignment. When I went to the first store to visit I found the store was closed and had been closed for a week. I was able to pull together a team and get the store back open the following day.
