Applied strong leadership skills while supervising counseling and psychology master's level students in the Marshall Mental Health Community Clinic designed to provide counseling experience for the counseling students while providing services to children and families needing mental health services.

Provided counseling services at two West Virginia Institutional Education locations where I addressed emotional and academic needs to maintain their educational requirements and keep them in line for graduation.
