• My role as a Field Lead for Mesa Solutions consist of supervising a team of up to 25 generator techs and 4 hotshot drivers making sure the team was being safe and productive at all times
• Coordinating maintenance, site set ups, call outs and tear downs on a average of 450-500 natural gas generators.
• Working hand and hand and coordinating with the sales team to get units on rent for current and future customers.

Mesa Solutions | Senior Technician | Carlsbad, New Mexico

• As a Senior Generator Technician I have many task to perform on a daily basis. Some of the most important task are Installing and maintaining generator sets and equipment making sure our generators are in normal operating condition.
• Site set ups, include setting up and leveling generator, wiring cable from distribution trailer if present and running fuel lines to generators.
• Call outs, include Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues on natural gas and propane gensets, making sure the generator is in normal operating condition and customer has 100% run time.
• Tasks that I perform as a senior tech are safety spot checks and site inspections on 10+ generator technician's in the field, making sure each tech has good understanding of their task being performed, are being safe and are up to Mesa standard when operating in the field.
• Customer communication is another big part of my job ensuring each customer knows they will be taken care of with quality Generators and Technician support.

AR Foreman construction | Carlsbad, NM

• As Quality control my responsibilities we're keeping track of all parts and material used on the facility being built, creating a job book for each facility being built.
• Weld mapping/logging, making isometric drawing for welders to fabricate, getting all welded piping x-ray and hydro tested.
• Jeeping all water lines after being coated and keeping all task on record.

AR Foreman construction | Carlsbad, NM

• My responsibility as a roustabout was maintenance and construction of tank battery's for XTO, fixing/changing valves, cutting and threading pipe, building manifolds, water and oil lines
• Assisted with rigging and installation of production equipment, pumps and pipes.
• Connected and disconnected pipes, pumps and other production equipment to support functionality.

Desert ranch and Water | Jal , NM

• As a ranch hand I had many task watering, feeding, and taking care of cattle.
• Branded and tagged livestock for proper identification and security when lost or stolen.
• Drilled water wells and my task on the drilling side was running pipe in hole or when a well needed to be pulled pulling pipe out of wells and fixing or replacing pumps.
