· Perform grade checking using GPS machine control and traditional methods to ensure compliance with plans and tolerances
· Execute earthwork operations including cut/fill balancing, trenching, and utility installation
· Read and interpret construction plans, elevations, and grade stakes to guide field operations
· Coordinate with foremen, survey crews, and operators to maintain production and meet project schedules
· Follow OSHA safety standards and participate in daily safety meetings
· Conduct equipment inspections and assist with routine maintenance
