As an IT help desk at Waterford, I was responsible for handling the day-to-day tech needs for the staff, faculty, and students across campus. I also provided support with Canvas, Google Admin, as well as other systems that are implemented into the school ecosystem. Along with tech support, I also ran most of the presentations on campus that had any A/V needs, such as projection, audio, and microphones. Finally, I was also in charge of the school Chromebooks. I managed them, deployed them, and repaired them in-house.
