Summary

I consider myself a reliable business professional with experience in project management, process improvement and financial analysis. I have a proven track record of successfully streamlining business operations and reducing costs by analyzing data to identify trends and developing strategies to improve efficiency. I strive for consistent improvement in myself and my work and I do this by setting goals for myself and with my team, and bringing a creative approach to problem solving.

I work well independently however I truly value working with a team. In my career I have received so much training and grown so much, and while I'm still growing and learning I have developed a love for teaching and collaborating. With the Forest Service I teach numerous classes to certify and teach employees hard skills, and I have strived to demonstrate "soft skills" to our younger seasonal employees that will help them in their future careers.
