  • Currently working EN international bag point. Im normally assigned to Task Force Point where I assign drivers to all inbound international flights that must go through customs. I have the task of assessing each flight with how many bags and how many drivers will be needed.

  • Transferred luggage from aircraft to collection areas safely using Delta equipment.
  • Reported equipment malfunctions to supervisor for immediate repair attention to avoid creating flight departure delays.
