Summary

Throughout the positions I've held and currently hold, the throughline of skills required and abilities I have presented at each are core to the nursing profession. I understand no patient is the same; no person is the same, and each requires a dedicated plan of care and communication approach. No learning style is the same; we all have different developmental levels. Ultimately, every client and patient wants to be treated with care. These professions have beckoned me to be a compassionate and empathic person.
