  • Hand-selected as lead facilitator for 60th Medical Group Executive Planning Session. Pioneered standard framework for strategic planning efforts, which included buy-in and assessment, strategic direction, implementation planning, and execution and monitoring. Adopted as MDG standard platform for strategic planning.
  • Designated working group member for Defense Health Agency Sacramento Market transition team. Charged with developing key components of the business plan, comprised of executive summary, demand signal analysis, competitor analysis, operating plan, marketing plan, risk analysis and best practices recommendations. Co-authored organization's 1st-ever strategic campaign plan.
  • Co-chaired the organization's space utilization function. Coordinated relocation and initial outfitting of systems, telecommunications, medical equipment and personnel activities for 2500 personnel across 1.2M sq ft,. Ensured right-sized and purpose driven space allocated for various programs at the Air Force's 2nd largest medical treatment facility.
  • Facilitated the $152M Medical Facility Improvement Plan (MFIP), which renovated 30+ clinical, surgical, and administrative departments over a 10-year period. Realized up-to-date care delivery models as recommended in multiple Healthcare Requirements Analyses and VA Joint Venture initiatives.
  • Partnered with VA project planners to design state-of-the art dental clinic, in support of the relocation from Mare Island to Travis Air Force Base, CA.
